This page explains what J127 Group collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies.
What we collect
When you send the inquiry form we receive your name, email address, topic and message, plus a phone number and company name if you choose to give them.
To keep automated spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser for that check. Our server also sees your IP address while it handles the request, to limit repeated sends. We do not store it.
Why we collect it
We use what you send only to read and answer your inquiry. If you give a phone number and agree, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you.
We do not add you to marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase in the United States. Access is limited to J127 Group.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and the form (Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for the spam check, Supabase for storage), and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. Ask us at any time and we will delete yours sooner, or tell you what we hold.
